2CY Gear Pump Application:

Suitable for conveying all kinds of lubricating liquid, the temperature is not higher than 70℃, if you need high temperature 200℃, with Shanghai Sunshine pump can be matched with high temperature resistant.materials, viscosity of 5×10-5 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s.

Not suitable for conveying corrosive, containing hard particles or fiber, highly volatile or low flash point liquid, such as gasoline, stupid, etc.If transfer of chemical materials, please choose stainless steel gear pump. In addition to the configuration of ordinary motor, but also according to the user needs to configure the same specifications of explosion-proof motor.

2CY Gear Pump Instructions:

· Before starting gear pump, check whether the pump shaft rotates flexibly, whether there is any blockage, whether the valve on the inlet and outlet pipe is open, and whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct.
· A certain amount of lubricating fluid should be injected into the pump cavity before starting the pump that has not been used for a long time, in order to reduce the dry moraxella in the process of oil absorption and improve the self-priming performance of the pump.
· In case of abnormal noise or overheating after startup, stop and check immediately.

Seal and preheat

· Check whether there is leakage at the shaft end of the pump, such as: properly tighten the sealing cover of the packing seal, and disassemble the other seals for inspection.
· If the hot oil is transported, it should be preheated evenly when driving. Preheating is carried out by using the medium to be transported continuously through the pump body
· Preheating standard: The oil temperature of the suction inlet shall not be higher than the pump body temperature of 40°C. When the heating rate of preheating is controlled to be less than 40°C, the bolts fixed on the pump body shall be loosened during preheating and tightened after preheating.
