  • Driven gear shaft and KCB gear pump pump body, pump cover with φ18H7/ F6;
  • Gear apical circle and pump body gear cavity matching φ48H8/ F7;
  • Pin hole fit is φ5H7/ H6
  • The two sides of the gear match with the pump body pump cover for 25H8/ H7;
  • Center distance of two gears is 42H8.

Technical requirements

  • After the oil pump is assembled, turn the gear shaft by hand without jamming;
  • After the oil pump is assembled, the meshing surface of the gear should account for more than 2/3 of the length of the full tooth, which can be checked according to the impression;
  • In the oil pump test, when the speed is 750 RPM, the output oil pressure should be 0.4-0.6mpa;
  • When checking the pressure of the oil pump, there should be no leakage at each seal.

Technical requirements of pump body

Technical requirements of pump body: casting rounded corner R3-5 is not indicated; Surface roughness of pump body: Ra is 1.6, Ra is 3.2, Ra is 6.3, Ra is 12.5, Ra is the main shaft hole, driven shaft hole and gear cavity clearance matching important surface, Ra is 3.2, Ra is 6.3, Ra is 12.5, Ra is the bottom surface and other machining surface. Non-processing surface should be coated with anti-rust paint; Material: HT200.

Technical requirements of pump cover

Technical requirements of pump cover: casting rounded R3 is not indicated; The surface roughness of the pump cover: Ra is 1.6, Ra is 3.2, Ra is 6.3 for the main shaft hole, driven shaft hole and other clearance matching important surface, Ra is 3.2, Ra is 6.3 for the screw hole and other processing surface. Non-processing surface should be coated with anti-rust paint; Material: HT200.
