What is molasses?

Molasses is a kind of thick, dark brown, semi-flowing object, mainly containing sucrose. The content of pantothenic acid in sucrose honey is high, up to 37mg/kg. In addition, content of biotin is also considerable, easy to mix with soybean molasses and molasses fermentation liquid.

Sugar beet molasses, sugar cane molasses, grape molasses, corn molasses with higher molasses yield, transformed molasses and refined molasses with smaller molasses yield.

It can be divided into sugarcane molasses, beet molasses and starch molasses according to different raw materials.

High viscosity molasses pump working principle:

High viscosity pump is a positive displacement type internal gear pump, the active gear (outer rotor) drive the passive gear (inner rotor) rotation, constantly produce a closed space, in oil-absorbing area gradually out of mesh gear and liquid constantly filled between teeth and was taken out of the oil area, gear in the oil area into meshing when liquid is discharged.

Two rotating gears work together to form a stable volume displacement, no pulsation.

Because the pump is completely symmetrical, pump can be reversed and flow direction changes accordingly.

However, it should be noted that the steering of pump may be limited by the seal or other structures in the pump. If the user has a reversal requirement, it should be stated at the time of ordering.
